ClubRox — End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using ClubRox, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Age Requirement

ClubRox is intended for users aged 13 years and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. User Accounts

The app uses Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may create posts, comments, and upload images within the app. You retain ownership of your content but grant ClubRox a non-exclusive license to display it within the app.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, share, upload, link to, or engage in any of the following:

• Pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit material
• Nudity or sexually suggestive content involving minors
• Scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Terrorist content or support for extremist organizations
• Violence, criminal activity, or instructions for illegal acts
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission
• Malware, harmful links, or attempts to harm the platform
• Impersonation or misrepresentation

ClubRox reserves the right to remove any content violating these rules.

6. Reporting & Moderation Policy

If you encounter inappropriate or harmful content, you may report it directly within the app. ClubRox will review and respond to reports within 24 hours and remove any content that violates these Terms. Users who repeatedly violate the rules may have their accounts restricted or suspended.

To ensure a safe environment, user-generated content including posts, comments, and images may be processed by automated moderation services (such as AI content filtering) to detect and block abusive or sexually explicit content. This processing is performed solely for content moderation purposes.

7. Disclaimer for Club Events

ClubRox is a platform for sharing information. We are not responsible for any real-world events, disputes, behaviour, safety issues, or interactions between users or clubs. You participate in any events at your own risk.

8. No Monitoring Obligation

ClubRox does not actively monitor all content. However, we reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content at our discretion.

9. Push Notifications

The app uses Firebase Messaging to send optional push notifications. You may disable these at any time from your device settings. We do not send advertisements or marketing notifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClubRox is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Content posted by users
• Loss of data
• Damages resulting from app usage
• Unauthorised access to your account

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update this End User License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ClubRox — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

ClubRox uses Firebase services. We collect:

• Firebase Authentication data: email or login provider information
• Posts, comments, and images written or uploaded by users
• Analytics (non-personal): usage patterns, device information
• Crash logs: app crashes, errors (no personal data)

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No precise location data
• No contact list
• No financial information
• No biometric data
• No personal analytics (we use anonymised Firebase Analytics only)

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used only to:

• Provide authentication
• Display posts, comments, and images
• Improve app performance and stability
• Send optional push notifications
• Filter content for abusive or sexually explicit material using automated moderation services

4. Data Sharing

Some user-generated content may be temporarily sent to third-party AI services for automated moderation. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond these moderation purposes. Firebase processes data on our behalf according to Google’s privacy policies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all data at any time by emailing us. ClubRox will delete your data from our database within 24 hours.

6. User Rights

• Request access to your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request full deletion of your account and associated data

7. Security

We use Firebase security rules and industry-standard protections. However, no system is 100% secure, and you use the app at your own risk.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of any updates.
